Pavement and Geotechnical Improvements – Berths 5-7, Flinders Ports 

Ennovo were engaged to provide environmental advice for the Title H Project, delivered by the Port Wakefield to Port Augusta (PW2PA) Alliance – a consortium of CPB Contractors, Aurecon and GHD, in alliance with the Department for Infrastructure and Transport.

The project involved pavement and geotechnical improvements across berths 5-7 (Title H) of the Flinders Ports’ Port Pirie facility.

The Title H project site is located adjacent the Port Pirie smelter operations.

Ennovo were engaged between April 2022 and October 2022 to provide ongoing advice to the PW2PA Alliance regarding the contamination status of soils across the project area.

Ennovo prepared management plans, prepared for assessment and treatment of soils, conducted reviews of site environmental conditions, and completed a post-occupation environmental report to the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) standards.

Ennovo’s scope of works included:

• Soil investigations, classifications, treatment, and reporting.
• Development of Site Soil Management Plan (SMP).
• Implementation of SMP across site.
• Production of project-specific quality assurance documentation.
