Biogas Systems were engaged by Cleanaway to investigate the possible causes and identify associated rectification works for issues associated with the gas collection system (GCS) at Dardanup Landfill.
The works were staged, with the first tasks being a review of data and associated information, along with a review of design documentation. A NGERs assessment was undertaken, followed by on-site inspection works. This inspection included the use of CCTV to identify potentially damaged wells, flowlines, and lateral lines, while also making subtle short duration changes to LFG field balancing settings. Collation of findings were summarised and suggested rectification works presented.
